Inside Roger Federer’s $16 Million Dollar Luxury Penthouse Apartment in Dubai

Dubai has a lot of famous residents. One of them is international tennis superstar and arguably the best tennis player the world has ever seen, Roger Federer.
His Dubai apartment has been talked about a lot in the past. FedEx as he is popularily known by his fans, lives in one of Dubai Marina’s sky high cluster of towers, Le Reve. He reportedly even has some famous neighbours including two-time F1 champion Fernando Alonso.

He also shares his initial thoughts about the city. “I remember it was brutally hot, I think like 39 degrees every day. Had a good time practicing. It was peace and quiet and I kind of enjoyed it here. I think I came back one more time for vacation and practiced some more,” he says. “I was like, I think this works well for practice and leisure. The next thing I knew, I had an apartment. It all happened quite quickly, to be honest. It was funny how it all worked out.”

Based in Le Reve Skyscraper, his stunning apartment has expansive Marina views and a helicopter for hire whenever he needs it. Then again, when you’re apparently taking in £81million-per-year, you can afford your own Uber-version of a helicopter.

The 6,100-square-foot Presidential suite was bought in 2014 and features five bedrooms plus a smart home system controlling light, AC and multimedia. He also has an 870-square foot terrace overlooking the Marina. And, having just checked, his terrace is actually bigger than our flat. There’s also a fitness suite and rooftop pool, obviously.
